On the smaller side, I'm sure there will still be select regional/local credit union options but for larger multi-state buyers this will no doubt have an impact.

Basically, I find what’s working already, and then improve upon AND make it unique.

So just thinking there is going to be a ton of competition for accommodations coming out of this.. of course totally regional but I think thats whats going to happen to get people back to traveling and staying in hotels/ airbnb  resorts etc. 

That's not to say their are not plenty of small single location mom and pop operators, but, from my observation, the most desirable tenants are larger regional, national or international multi location corporations.

Garden units are interesting and pose somewhat of a unique challenge.

All are great platforms and have their unique features that make them great choices for Real Estate Agents experienced and new.As @Chris Bounds mentioned, it depends on your business.
