Everyone's either home for the holidays or in the middle of a current stay.

FYI, the meeting on Monday the 8th in Fife is a networking/holiday party/charity drive. 

Since I usually only see my kids during holidays now, I've thought about getting a mountain or lake home to use for 3-4 weeks a year, and STR the place the rest of the time.

This was after business hours, on a Sunday of a holiday weekend....and I had a response in under 2 minutes. 

But they will pick back up as there are really no breaks in the market for holidays, and as others have pointed out Jacksonville has water and lots of places to enjoy the sea breezes.

Not sure if this is a good idea or not, but I just thought of it last night.for lower income rentals (A.K.A. people who have a hard time saving money) you could start a "Christmas savings fund" (or holiday if you're politically correct").

We specifically say the 25th–29th of each month is our payout period, and which day depends on weekends and holidays, but it will always be in that range. 

The HOA works with the Jewish community to basically turn the whole neighborhood into a Passover hub and orthodox Jews from all across the country travel specifically to CG for the holiday. 

You can often get some pretty good sales as well around holidays where you get a free battery with a tool to help build your pile of batteries because depending on the tool they go quick.
