Property Management Payout Clause

Does anyone have a clause in their property management agreement of when payouts should occur/be processed following monies received? My property manager takes a few weeks to process payments after receiving tenant payments. My PM does not use software or allow online payments and handles payments via check/money order. Record keeping is still done by hand and a scanned payout sheet is sent via email each month. A little dated, but I don't think I have the portfolio to demand they adopt some tech.  Deposits to my account are via ACH and takes about 2-3 days once processed.

Any other advice on how to facilitate quicker payouts from my PM?
