Lots of people buying.

Things like feasibility studies, site surveys and site selection will play a part in the success of the project.

But we still do a Facetime for each property.A lot of "unfinished" turnkeys in bad neighborhoods have been sold over the years, by people who have fled the country. ;-) (Portugalseems to be a popular place to flee to).

I've met some great people who have become friends. 

No more than you should become a master electrician, master plumber, HVAC tech,  insurance agent, loan officer, and maybe other licensed people.   

Don't be the person that you can see taking a cell phone photo in the bathroom mirror :) Most importantly, reply quickly when people reach out with interest.

But you are having to interact with people - and hopefully you do that with the same respect you would want if you were the one renting, versus buying.  

I have seen COUNTLESS people get a head of themselves on this platform.

Mine was in such a rough area I couldnt find people to handle it. 

We started in the fall of 2013 and pretty much have all the same tenants from when each property was purchased (1 property the people moved out but then called to move back in but we had already rented to someone else).
