I’m very excited to finally have the skills, education and courage to start on this endeavor and I can not wait to see the fruit that will bear.

You can do keyword searches but even then you will miss some, which drives me nuts because I'm obsessively thorough. 

This is nuts

The market here is nuts, which is true all over the country, but even more so locally. 

I have been hoping one of them would know how the nuts and bolts work, and why it might be in their interest! 

I think that renters are still looking to move for all the normal reasons and, on top of that, you've got a whole new market of apartment dwellers who are going nuts in quarantine and finding apartments are not the best for weathering a drawn out pandemic. 

If you’re going after low hanging fruit..  

That's why I'm in a rush to pay it off so I can actually see the fruits of my labor come to fruition and get nice cash flow for future properties.

Hi Eric, I have family in the Northern VA/DC area and with the announcement of Amazon, I can imagine that area is going nuts.
