I'm not sure exactly what that proves.I don't know if you really don't comprehend the math and analysis to things, or are just pressing on distorting things to keep to the narrative of Detroit as a "great" market because it's your paycheck and need to hold that narrative for income sake.

Counter tops in the kitchen are typically laminate though we recently found a source for counter tops made of recycled glass and wood/paper which we are testing in a unit {with our student units we have begun incorporating more sustainable finish materials and have found it to be well received}.Finishes aside, all of our student properties come with complementary Internet (Fibre-Op) and non coin-op laundry.

Since I am so new, I really need t o know if the first thing i need to do is get a business name and be incorporated, before i do anything else. i have been viewing the webinars for people like me, and have read several books/articles, but that was never addressed.  

Seems like if she incorporates as an LLC it may help limit liability and also introduce tax benefits.
