It had all the signs of a mass mailing, but the "we are looking for ourself and your particular house is where we want to live" just really turned me off,, I felt like calling them and letting them tell me my address,,,but I just threw it in the trash the last thing I want to do is conduct business with someone that is obviously a big liar.I keep most of them, I figure they are wholesalers and might be of assistance later

This makes things real to everyone and they’ll see you, and I mean the real you, differently than from a mass-market campaign.

Hey Esquire, this Trust work in Mass?

A couple questions in regards to direct mail marketing from those who have found it very rewarding:Is it worth it to narrow down your market to, ie, only owners who own their homes free and clear, home owners who are out of state, etc, or send out a mass amount to every homeowner in a particular area?

Using mass text and mail merged email is a very easy way to handle this.

Some of the owners contacted me upset we sent letters to the site address with there contact name...I'm curious what kind of issues other people have had sending yellow letters or mailers to the masses....Frank

to be honest this is my first batch and I have not sent any out as of yet, waiting until I get hit my goal and then mass. mail. but thank you for the heads.

It also has the largest mass exodus of population out of any state in the last decade in USA history.  

Anytime you do mass mailings you're going to get some results that are not valid, especially when you rely on the results of public records, etc.
