following this thread, need more tips on renegotiating the price without having the lead be not ok (upset, offended, frustrated).

They'll figure out what needs to happen to clear the title and issue insurance and can lead you from there.

Looking for advice / leads for a knowledgeable real estate lawyer in North Central WI (Antigo, Wausau, and surrounding areas) that can assist with seller financed deals. 

I'm confident that once we do that, it will lead to other introductions, opportunities, etc. and we will just take each step as it comes! 

I have read and watched several videos on anonymity in the rental property business and wondered if this was an issue that any of you feel warrants utilizing an attorney as the registered agent?

I am looking for a contractor that can come with references and pictures/videos of remodels that they have done in the past.
