New investor needs help. I have a property that I need help making  an offer on. $239,900 2bd/ 2ba, hoa fee's are 938/ monthly, all utilities included except internet. Can someone help me put an offer on this property? Its in a great location near metro, shops, walking score is awesome. I can be reached at

Hire an agent. However Id also suggest not making an offer on a property with a $938 a month fee.
