1st month with EXP Pros - 80% commission is huge - I’ve gotten more business being new and able to charge slightly less but keep more- It’s really a team atmosphere - Mentorship program is great for new agents, I have an experienced agent helping me through my first 3 deals which is a major plus - The training is great and easily accessible anytime of the day Cons- I do most of my own paperwork (although I feel this makes me a better agent anyways as I learn the documents) - There is a lot thrown at you off the start but it’s all helpful things, just need to stay organized - Office doesn’t send leads but if you believe in yourself and use our software you will have no problem finding them yourselfOpen for discussion and welcome questions!!

You have to apply for a special permit, go to court 3x, hold public meetings and invite the neighbors. 

Nice neighborhood, friendly atmosphere, and close to highways and shopping areas.
