1st month with EXP

Pros

- 80% commission is huge

- I’ve gotten more business being new and able to charge slightly less but keep more

- It’s really a team atmosphere

- Mentorship program is great for new agents, I have an experienced agent helping me through my first 3 deals which is a major plus

- The training is great and easily accessible anytime of the day

Cons

- I do most of my own paperwork (although I feel this makes me a better agent anyways as I learn the documents)

- There is a lot thrown at you off the start but it’s all helpful things, just need to stay organized

- Office doesn’t send leads but if you believe in yourself and use our software you will have no problem finding them yourself
