Once you develop the mindset that nothing is impossible it is crazy what starts to happen!

Not impossible, just harder to find.

It's like a town you can never leave, the way they lie, change their minds, and make it impossible for investors.

Really all you are doing is making it harder if not impossible for marginal tenants to find housing because landlords will raise standards and take lesser risks, especially in hot markets.  

Newer builds will be tougher for a number of reasons such as:*The seller may want a retail number for the selling price* If they are not in distress, the chances of them selling at a discount are lowerBut, its not to say it is impossible, anything is. 

A few years back I was put in an impossible spot.

I agree with what most people have said on here but I wanted to add, please do not be discouraged or feel that it's impossible right now.

Not saying it is impossible, it will just be very difficult. 

Well, they should reply, but if you're dealing with unmotivated 3rd parties like the IRS, may be near impossible to get a payoff.
