BRRRR Strategy - Refi & ARV
Hi fellow investors,
Still new in the group, but I have a BRRRR strategy question. I have heard some say that banks won't refi under $100K, not sure if it is true? If so, does that mean the ARV should be $100K, or $125K (assuming 80% LTV)? I have also heard that refi number like no less than $50K, or $75K, it's a bit confusing since this will determine what price range of property to look for. tia
