Some contacts take off from December 24th to January 4th for the holidays.

Once the holidays are officially over more buyers may come into the market.  

I rent an apartment and work in Washington, DC, but take very frequent trips back to Pittsburgh (holidays, every other weekend I spend 3 days there, medical leave, etc.)  

I need to take my holiday hours at work so I am going to jam through as much as I can.

Hi all, I hope everyone had an excellent holiday and is ready to kick off the new year in high gear.

This is with 2 weeks of set backs (fired a crew, started 5 days after buying and the holidays in between) for the rehab and a week delay in closing.
