I've only ever used conventional financing, and this latest closing has been absolutely miserable with underwriters that are seeming to try every way under the sun to not have me hand them a big bag of money.

@Adam Dassie,If you are a single guy with just a few sea bags, the moving costs may not affect you that much. 

After the dust settles, it seems like there is going to be quite a bit of opportunity.
