I could believe it if we were talking about February, but April isn't even over yet, and I know some LLs don't start bugging residents until they are 30 days late, per their business practices or state statutes that say rent isn't late until after 30 days.I've gotten 100% of my April rents.

It has been, through very careful and good management, rented up, and I think it is practically 100 percent rented.
