@Sam Hodgett with out you seeing the property hard to really say what your facing with repairs, pictures can be deceiving sometimes.

You could always hide your picture and your last name if you think it would impact business.

They should consider visiting the property before purchasing it, or at least request extensive pictures of the home, including all the rooms, the roof and major appliances.Research the local market, too.

Pictures don't always tell the whole story.
