We would not of been able to obtain an occupancy permit with a kitchen without a permit.I would suggest checking with your local office to find out the procedures.

There is a difference between "paying off a lien" verses the legal procedures and laws involved in an HOA auction.  

Is it easier to get the tenant out or you still have to go through the procedure of eviction if necessary?

It is just that I have never look into wholesaling before so I dont what the standard procedure is.

Each state, county, and city, has different eviction procedures and tenant's rights laws.

I know there is something you can mail to the known address and write something on the envelope that will instruct the PO to notify you of a change of address, but the procedure is escaping me right now.There's a bazillion 'people finder sites'  - use them.

After all, an inspection report is someone's opinion, not necessarily a fact that the seller can be accountable for knowing about.I hope so.After one inspection, if the seller disagree with the inspection, the seller may can use right procedure to 'correct' inspection, otherwise, I feel the seller needs to have disclosure.

You need to follow procedure.

It's just a matter of adjusting procedures.
