Property disclosure on MLS.
If one property has not any disclosure and sale as an estate. This property was on pending for a while and back to market and one buyer found big issue and shared the inspection report with the seller. When the property back to market again, should this property still keep no disclosure status or the seller should have disclosure? Especially for FL.
