OCCUPIED FORECLOSURE, BUT NOT BY OWNER
I purchased a occupied foreclosure, but its not occupied by the persons on the deed. Its occupied by someone else. In North Carolina what is the legal process or right way to get them out? Do they have tenant rights even though they been squatting?
