The only way we've found to keep everyone accountable and on task without having to line our desks up is to use a software/app that will distribute the tasks among the team, with due dates and the ability to hold conversation from within the software/app.  

Probably not going to get the same appreciation that you may get in Denver but I think businesses are going to start moving to secondary markets as technology makes their operations more mobile and they realize it's cheaper to do business in smaller markets.

No way to edit posts in the iOS app?

I'm a new landlord and have been looking for a rental application and most if not all of the apps I found online ask for bank account numbers and credit card numbers.

You might have to do some non-traditional investments at first with a smaller amount of capital; mobile homes, land, <30k properties if you're comfortable.

More capital equals more mobility.....for the home run deal that might pop up next month.

When I try to access the BiggerPockets Exclusive PRO area on the iPhone BP app, I get the message "You must have a BiggerPockets Plus or Pro account to view that forum."

We have a prewritten email response we send out that details our requirements, total move-in monies required, app fee. 

Just like the internet itself or the app economy the success of blockchain does not depend on one crypto.
