I would imagine some renters with kids would not want to rent somewhere that has an open body of water where their kids might get injured/drown.

Charleston we have a really good body of work on both Charleston style and moderns.. the one on woodal is only 1700 sq ft and I sold that for 640k in less than a week on the market. 

Keep that in mind and it helps humanize your tenants.
