How does everyone out there rent out houses?
I want to be a real estate investor.
The first thing I was thinking was to buy a house and rent it out, making a minimum of $200 profit each month, then expand. My biggest problem is getting the money to do it. Obviously I will have a job, but I am 18, so I'm not really making big money lol.
I have seen a couple YouTube videos of opening a business account and using that, because it will jumpstart my career renting out houses. But I'm not to fluent with a business account. My next idea was to get a FHA loan, and I thought that would be another cheap option. I'm not too interested in hard money or lended money, simply because I know no one and have no idea how to get my hands on that.
So I guess what I am asking is, how do all of you successful investors pay for the house so cheap and rake out a nice profit besides your own money once you have that much capital?
