Who is the "Maker" of a mortgage loan?

If you think trying to track down the decision-maker at some LLC, convince them to sell you the property for a price and on terms that you can afford, then by all means, go for it.Would I?

I'm here to share knowledge I have gathered over the past two decades in the real estate business.I have invested the past 18 years of my career surrounding myself with like-minded professionals in the real estate, professional services and film industries.

When I come out… it is important…that all of the decision makers be there…. so I can come to an agreement to buy your house… Will all of the decision makers be there for the appointment?

Put some teams together with specific positions...analyzers, deal makers, money people, locators, etc.

We never skied over Christmas or during the Sundance Film Festival...which I sort of regret!  

So I learned that if you can be patient, you can find the right home and can make really great money with them.

That doesn't make real estate a bad investment.

@Andy welcome to BP you are going down the correct path my friend what I would suggest is that you go to at least 1 meetup a week and befriend an investor you can find the real deal makers in the back with grey hair start up a simple conversation and explain to them your goals and what you want to do help make them more successful and in turn you unlock the door to FREE Knowledge just keep at and be persistent man you will someone because older investors always like helping younger ones.
