Hi my name Andy, I'm a newbie to real estate but I'm excited I decided to take the first step. My focus right now is wholesaling in Houston. I have read books and videos on what to do and what actions to take. However, I learn best when I see real live transactions or the pleasure to tag along with someone who's experienced to show me the ropes.
