Hopefully, sentiment has changed, and the city is amendable for us to do as such.

There'll be a change if we are loud enough.

He openly communicates any changes that are happening without having to ask.

Also know that your team may change with time.

@Lou Bar- thanks ...all lenders should be in the same ballpark  with pricing options  BUT .....they  will likely also vary ....best thing to do if needing a loan is to contact several lenders on the same day / use the same  criteia /  get  quotes for the scenario and  then make a decsion on using  one for the loan or the  pre approval ...also keep in mind that loan pricing  changes daily 

There is no right or wrong way to do it.Lastly, and you know this is coming, nothing will change a relationship faster and for the worse than when money is involved.

When you start having enough money to be a passive investor, that's usually when things begin to change some.  

It's quite a chunk of change to get into this....and if it's just a frat party with Tony Robbins, then I'm running.
