What do you use to keep potential clients updated on a regular basis?

Any reasonable allocation method is fine.We usually use square footage to allocate basis if there are different units, but per unit might be fine if there are a lot of units and they are all roughly the same size, give or take. 

The growth in the area seems to expand on a daily basis!

I create a To-do list for everyday and make my absolute best effort to complete those small tasks daily.

I know people who negotiate deals like this on a regular basis.
