The growth in the area seems to expand on a daily basis! Companies such as Apple & Google are moving in, developments are breaking ground and expanding their footprint creating new opportunities & investors from all areas of the US are starting to fix & flip. What is your take on the growth in the area and the impact it is having on flipping? Has it changed your strategy? What are the ups and downs you have faced?
