Hi guys,As I have always funded all my investment I'm now looking into financing my first multi-family investment with a lender.From listening to bigger pockets podcast, it seems like local banks might be easier to work with... so my question is.Have you guys encountered local credit union in your town refusing investments out of state?

I haven't encountered any bank telling me I only have a 15 year note to choose from.

We encountered this very question a couple of years ago and our insurance provider weighed-in with an unequivocal, "No"!

Maybe you know some people it's happened to but in 24 years of investor meetings, seminars, etc. where everybody always brings up what "could happen" I've never, not even once, encountered someone that had a loan called due to a transfer into an entity. 

Any one has encountered this issue before?

Hi, Thought maybe someone might have encountered this and could offer some advice.  

I've encounter for the 4th time that i had to verify my account.

I was the high bidder and was infomed that the Reserve was not met and I had a one shop opportunity to raise my offer by $5,000.00, so much for Auctions.I participated in another one in which I encountered "Occupied, do not disturb" , it will be your responsibility to have the occupant ejected and of course carry the expenses and hope you don't get a disaster of a house as you did not have the opportunity to inspect.

In general I really dislike Section 8, I've encountered some pretty terrible entitled people in the program that treat the property like something they got for free.
