Hello my is Andre Houston I have 2 rentals and a primary home I'm ready to purchase another home but I don't have a w2 job anymore  I have about 60 to 70k saved up I wanted to try an do a brrrr basically put 20 or 15 percent on the purchase an get a loan for the remodel but how do I go about refinancing it when it's all done if I don't have a job I have a 765 credit score but no prove of income I worked for the last 9 years but I haven't been employed since June 2022 my debt to income is also high because of the 3 homes i already own at this point im kind of stuck any suggestions I should do thanks in advance 

Hi Tommesa,It takes money to make money.Focus number one should be write down exactly what a lender wants a borrower to be for a deal like this...then become that person.Credit score, length of employment, minimum income, down payment cash ect. 

Boone is a lovely little college town situated in the Mountains on NC, sporting a population of just under 20,000 people and employing 8.45k people. 

My original plan is to go through the process as if she were applying for the apartment (credit, background, employer and previous ref…) I’ve done some preliminary due diligence in the buying process.

are there any big employers nearby or are there any thing in the works that the city is trying to develop. 

Most people that have never been self-employed have little idea of all the hidden costs involved.

There are also talks about Centene corporation west coast headquarters coming there soon that might bring in a lot of employment and hence, renters. - Any thoughts on if this would be a good place to start off with?
