Wholesalers need a buyers list, so email your list and ask. :) You can build a buyers list by posting deals in craigslist, mentioning must be a cash buyer.

As far as the Authorization goes I would keep on trying via fax but would go a step further - I would also try emailing & mailing it via register mail (signature requested upon delivery).I would also include a copy of your POA in all the tries mentioned above.
