Also, flat for ceilings.For several of my high end homes, I have been using Benjamin Moore which has some colors that are a bit better and higher end than DE.For standard homes, whichever paint is a good price works, I would typically use lowes or HD paint and  color match from DE.

Most of these units are in B or C areas that won't attract many long term tenants that are wealthy enough to qualify and afford them.It will be interesting how this whole dilemma plays out. de Blasio's plan is ambitious, but from what I've seen and heard about it it doesn't have any real structure yet.

DE has no sales taxes and in general the real estate taxes are low in DE also.
