This should block most noise coming from u but may not completely block the noise coming from them since they may not have a quiet floor. my new tenants have children and are far louder than the two single people before them especially since the young one jumps off the bed and lands on the floor hard.

My credit is excellent and I have been living here with my roommates for 6 months now, but here is the clause in the lease that demands a cosigner:24.Attachments: Guaranty Agreements (due on or before August 1, 2016), Lead Based Pain DisclosureI'm not sure if I can get a cosigner by Friday, but more importantly this doesn't seem legal.
