This should block most noise coming from u but may not completely block the noise coming from them since they may not have a quiet floor. my new tenants have children and are far louder than the two single people before them especially since the young one jumps off the bed and lands on the floor hard.

Hey Chris, I live two blocks from Birdtown and my brokerage has $30 mil in its property management portfolio.

Specifically, we just bought a single family (7 bedroom) property 2 blocks from Central Connecticut State university that we plan to BRRR.

I used to have three and it was just a big pain with no real benefit.

I owner occupied unit and filling up system every week was a pain. 

I'd look in the nicest neighborhood you can reasonably afford ... smallest, most run down house on a really nice block sort of thing.

That said, after that flip I closed my account because flipping within the IRA was a total pain in the butt.

Currently fixing up a house but not looking to sell it anytime soon as I have 7 children and moving around is a pain.  

The property is a block from Fort Valley State University.
