The portfolio lenders help me accumulate 12+ more loans.  

I'm a buy and hold investor, meaning, I'm putting the money into the home to keep it there for growth and wealth accumulation.  

I've spent the past 4 years overseas in a deployed environment as a defense contractor, trying to accumulate enough money to fund investments that will generate enough passive income for me to achieve my goal of financial independence by age 30.  

We're ready to kick it up a few notches and do more rehabs, as well as accumulate rentals.

In many cases this can be as simple as taking the property will all of the contents and disposing of them for the seller (remember many heirs are from out of town/state) and the last thing they want to have to do is clean out a house that has 30 years of accumulated stuff.

With hindsight being 20/20, I have decided that it's best if I start to accumulate properties to buy and hold.

My long-term goals are to accumulate 30-40 doors, mostly local in Cincinnati.  

I would love to connect with wholesalers and agents while I accumulate the cash to purchase something by the end of this year.
