New Member in Cincinnati

Hey Everyone,

Wanted to officially introduce myself in the new member forum.  I have been lurking BP for around 8-9 months now, all the while studying and learning about real estate investing, and saving $$'s to buy my first property.  I'm at a point now where I can start looking at deals.  Looking forward to joining the community!

I grew up in Atlanta, but moved to Cincinnati a little over 4 years ago.  My long-term goals are to accumulate 30-40 doors, mostly local in Cincinnati.  However I'm also open to long-distance properties if the opportunity is strong.  Atlanta would be a second-choice market since we may eventually move back down the road.  I work a full-time job, so I will be a "part-time" real estate investor for the foreseeable future.
