I'm a Philadelphia native, military veteran and defense contractor with a background in IT.  I've spent the past 4 years overseas in a deployed environment as a defense contractor, trying to accumulate enough money to fund investments that will generate enough passive income for me to achieve my goal of financial independence by age 30.  Some of my research has led me to this site in regards to the Realestate side of investing. I'm just here to learn and gain knowledge to assist me with making the most informed decision possible for my initial Realestate purchase.  I've done research on Realestate prior to joining this site but I don't know where to start, so I need a little insight.  I look forward to exchanging dialogue with  knowledgable folks such as yourselves.
