Another thing you can do is to write it up as a furnished room, and that enables you to take 1,5 the rent rate, and if it is in your own home you can also get 1,5 the tax deduction.As far as i can read of the skat.dk 😅I know my cousin has put a 20$ IKEA coffe table in his rent out room and therefore gets 1,5 the tax deduction on his rent out.

I've heard that Banks don't allow Assignments which is fine, but I have a Title Company that will do a double close without me bringing any money to the table.
