I had to put in a lot of effort and time. 

I learned some lessons and now I put extra effort into selecting good tenants.Also, start looking for your second property!

Stay active and continue to engage the community, it will be well worth your time and efforts in the long run.

Trust me...you will learn more at BP, by doing and taking action than spending time, money and efforts at taking courses and training...

Your tenant will be as nice as your unit (so put some effort into it!) 

If I've built a relationship with someone in this real estate arena, it's because we demonstrated to each other we are trustworthy to some degree, and in order to maintain that relationship, we put effort into maintaining that trust. 

The search effort will be worth it.

When you work with a broker, most of them understand the importance of actually giving you all their attention and put all their efforts to help you, because they are not provided with "leads/units" like the big companies.

If I am going to put in that much time and effort, going after bigger deals makes so much more sense.

Most people fail not for want of motivation or effort but because they lack a Sales Method or System.
