But does include boats (that you live in).Basically - The property securing the loan can be any residential dwelling that contains 1-4 units, including houses, apartments, townhouses, condominium units, cooperative units, mobile homes (after 1976), and trailers (pre 1976 mobile homes or campers) or boats used as residences.The old Lonnie Deals was to buy a unit for $2k and sell for $4k as is on monthly payments at 24%.

For me, I live in an area where condominiums are popping up everywhere.

Hi All,I'm looking for some legal advice regarding condominium associations.

My biggest two things were getting "lean" in our household, i.e,. no debt other than our mortgage, vehicles paid off, cutting expenses where we could and just saving and saving. 

Little worry about the house repair might be very larger amount compare to condominium

The Assembly could also ban property owners from recovering costs when making improvements or repairs on all rentals, including single-family homes and condominiums.

I also have a house that will be turning into a rental property as well as a primary household that has a detached 1 bedroom next to it that is included and turning into an AirBNB after current tenant leaves.

I also wanted to add that the underwriter also looks at household size versus property size.
