Property Manager from Orange County, CA

Hey guys!

My name is Kyle Wolack, and I have been on BiggerPockets now for a few weeks but have been taking some time to get familiar with the site and all the incredible content it has to offer. (I may or may not have been a bit timid to post, but what is there to lose?!)

I have been apart of real estate for a few years now working for a Property Management company that specializes in Homeowner Associations ranging from Single-Family residents, Condominiums, Mid-high rise buildings and Master Plan Communities. 

My role within the organization is working with home builders and managing new development Homeowner association communities through out southern California, San Francisco, and more recently, Nevada. 

However, as of recent, I have started to dive in REI world, trying to get a grasp of all that there is to learn and identifying what specifically I want for myself. (Single Family homes, condos, apartments, etc.)

With that being said, I am hoping to become apart of the community here at BiggerPockets, learn from the wealth of knowledge, as well as make myself available to offer insight/knowledge on any property management and/or HOA questions or concerns that any of you may have.
