Hello Everyone, I started investing in Non Performing Notes a couple of years ago, so I still consider myself new at it.

I currently saving for my third house, but I am unsure  if I should buy a third property in Winston Salem or branch out to surrounding towns like Charlotte, High Point, or Greensboro. 

An appraiser can't give you a quote (or shouldn't) on what work will cost as he can't perform that work. 

Hi-I just put my third SFH rental under contract and when speaking to an insurance broker he mentioned I may do better switching from individual policies to one commercial policy, especially as I continue to add any other properties to my portfolio.

Paid off rentals perform poorly when comparied to truely hands off stock market (10%).
