I'm not quite sure what my exact niche will be yet, though I am working my way through some of the suggested begginners tasks.

It is hard to find info on the internet and to receive advice considering that what could apply to US citizens maybe does not apply in the same way  to foreign investors.

Most of what I know comes from podcasts I’ve heard and some internet research.

It really sounds like you need to start building a team for each desired task you want to accomplish. 

If my time I valued at 50 an hour tasks more expensive than that I will ty and do only if I have the skill set.

Given all the resources available here and elsewhere on the Internet, I would lean pretty strongly toward no.

There are lots of articles on the internet, I would browse "p2p lending strategies."

After 50 videos - you either like what I have to say, or you dont - the internet gives us so many more choices now.

I spent months reading over legal documents and doing tasks that had little impact on actually finding deals.
