While you can use an LLC formed in one state to conduct business in other states, you may need to register the LLC in those other states to legally operate there.

You either have a steep learning curve or have a background/natural talent for sales, experience with how real estate agent should conduct themselves (e.g. worked with them before perhaps), etc...
