I work full-time as a Director of a health care company, and and flipping homes was supposed to be a side hustle, but it has very quickly become somewhat of another full time job, but I wouldn't have it any way as I'm enjoying the ride thoroughly.  

In addition, there are horse riding areas around from the property and within a short drive, as well as all of the activities at the LBL recreational area.I am considering moving closer to Fort Campbell as I want to begin investing in the Clarksville TN area, plus I drive a little over an hour one way to work everyday.

My dad has given people rides to work, grocery store gift cards for the holidays, and more.

When everyone and their brother is paddling to ride one wave, some are patiently waiting for the front end of the next set.  

It’s been a wild ride but I’m still fairly new and learning everyday .

@Ned Carey Not speaking for Dion, but I took what he said to mean that when a potential buyer of a note kicks it back because title has changed, that the holder is now "on notice" of the transfer, so he will feel compelled to call the loan, for fear of letting it ride and not being able to call it later.....if the theory of laches applies.

Having lived here all my life, I'd say that in Kansas City the biggest weather-related danger is probably hail.
