House Flipper from Los Angeles!

Hello All,
I've been lurking on the forums for about 9 months now and have yet to post. I woke up this morning telling myself that today would be the day! I'm shy, please forgive me. Anyway, I decided to dive head first into Real Estate investing about 14 months ago just going off my own gut and intuition. I discovered BP along the way and this community has served to be an invaluable resource and tremendous wealth of information. 

In the last 14 months I've flipped 4 houses in the Los Angeles area, primarily in the San Fernando Valley, and I'm currently finishing up my 5th project, which should be done in about 3 weeks. I work full-time as a Director of a health care company, and and flipping homes was supposed to be a side hustle, but it has very quickly become somewhat of another full time job, but I wouldn't have it any way as I'm enjoying the ride thoroughly.  

I'm looking forward to being more active on the forums, learning and sharing information, and networking with all of you!
