I encourage people to invest either where they live, or within an hour or so, because there are so, so many threads on BP from folks who bought a random OOS property just to "get a deal" and immediately regretted it.

They know the numbers, they know the market, they know the people.

Still trying to figure that ourUnfortunately, many people are forced to sell as they can no longer afford to keep their homes.

Some people just do reseach and never really do anything.....

How does one actually raise money from individuals with such high limits of accreditation if you don't personally know wealthy people or real estate investors? 

Nowhere on their little video do they low ball people on notes plus 30 day money back guarantee..anytime anything is at a costs from 90 bucks to thousands.

Or is it just that people want to get rid of the house so bad they take whatever option is available.
