Every now and then a 60k 3/1 brick ranch in a blue collar neighborhood will pop up and will be snatched up within a day or two.

HelloI currently invest 80%+ in the stock market (I live with my parents) make 60k a yearMy plan is to invest as much as possible in "safe" blue chip stocks as a vehicle to grow my capital for a real estate Income property in the near future. So I never felt bogged down on them calling on every little thing.Now, the issue can be mitigated if you rent to older more mature tenants, preferably blue collar folks.

I love to fish and thought about purchasing a "fishing cabin" near the Kenai peninsula near Ninilchik, Anchor Point, or Homer areas near the ocean or river.

Plus if you're calling me out of the blue and want to see it say within the hour you're interrupting my day and my plans to accommodate your immediate needs. 

I just mean buying something enjoyable for yourself every once in a blue moon like a nice car or boat or even just a pet.7.

We are probably shopping in the 2 bed/2 bath w/o ocean view market.

I have many lines in the ocean that I am working on right now.
