@John Underwood  I generally agree with you about Airbnb -- but VRBO does things that drive me nuts too. 

Staten Island is not a place where people would go just visit so I'm not sure and Air bnb would be fruitful.  

I hate to see you spend your time on something that is not fruitful-  you may percieve comments as negativity but what we are doing is just warning you of going down a dead end because it’s so obvious to us- we’ve all gone through the the school of hard knocks.  

That makes it a tough nut to put into one calculator. 

That would be completely nuts because who knows if/when/how much a voucher is even coming.

you need to get close to your real estate calculator  and under stand the PV function that in a nut shell is how price a note..

So, that in a nut shell is my story.Hope you can learn something from it but one of the biggest challenges I faced was finding people to do the work.
