The plan is to pay off some personal debt, file a lawsuit, and start a new flip or buy n hold.Would it be better to do a DSCR cash out refi and let the property pay itself off/cash flow. orShould try to go for a HELOC (if possible) to continue my plan?

It's about burning a company name, image, values into a persons brain and that take repetition of message, hence the bajillion KL billboards ALL of which are the same branded message, over n over n over n over until it haunts a person in there sleep.

So it's this bizarre action of raising rates to stop inflation, making debt payments so much more, so they just print more $ to make payments, CREATING more inflation, requiring more/longer higher interest rates to combat, so drunk uncle goes back out to the shed and round n round this crazy-train goes.
