Honestly thats a rough ask- Trades are hard to find and easy to upset. i.e. when I refer someone to one of my trades I am usually more concerned that the trade will be taken care of and done right than the client using them.I have found that most management companies, investors, flippers, etc, have a hard time keeping trades for more than a few gigs for a bunch of reasons.
